The Courtlands Hotel is fairly unique in Eastbourne, as we are one of the few hotels to have a large free car park and the room at the rear of the hotel look on to a superb open view of gardens and the Sussex downs and not the back rooms of a another Hotel. There are also many other good reasons reason for staying as Courtlands as follows. It is positioned next to Theater land and the Tennis courts.
It is located 100 yards from the sea front and 200 yards from the town center. It has 45 En-Suite bedrooms and is family owned and run.
Our bedrooms are light and airy and recently refurbished. Our restaurant serves good honest food supported by our extensive wine list. We offer breaks from short to long and often have last minute availability.
