Short profile:

In addition to the usual activities offered during the normal school day Court Farm operates a Breakfast club each morning from 8.15 - 8.45 a.m. Children pay a nominal fee for toast and a drink. During the year a range of after school activites are available to children including opportunities to participate in football training, inter-school sports and singing activities. An after school club on site, run by the YMCA, operates 5 days a week and during holiday periods(free of charge). Some pupils have taken part in holiday activities organised through the extended schools cluster.

In school pupils have the opportunity to learn a musical instrument(Flute/Clarinet lessons from a peripatetic music teacher, open to children in Key Stage 2). We work hard to enrich the curriculum with a wide variety of school trips during the year including visits to farms, museums, the Nature Centre and the Theatre. Children in Key Stage 2 have the opportunity to work with the Malachai Trust and to participate in musical performances  both here in school and at an outside venue(Sypmphony Hall/ Town Hall). The choir take part in Community singing events. Year 4/5 also took part in the Villa Vitality day to promote Healthy Eating / physical activity.
