Our priority is customer service and we pride ourselves on recognising that the needs of our customers come first. Our aim is to despatch orders within forty-eight hours and in a lot of instances we despatch the day the order is received.

However, more than this we are approachable. We welcome contact from our customers either by telephone, email, fax or letter. You will find that we are friendly helpful and responsive – we action your requests as fast as possible.

A counted cross stitch chart gives you complete flexibility over your project because you are not constrained by what the designer provides in a kit. So, for example, if you don’t like the recommended colour of the fabric or the type of fabric – you can change it! If you prefer to stitch with a certain type of thread – most counted cross stitch charts provide a choice.

Most of our charts (patterns) are single designs which have been chosen for their elegance, clarity and beauty. They are all full counted cross stitch so in every case you will begin with a blank piece of canvas.

We stock a comprehensive range of counted cross stitch books which can best be described as books of cross stitch charts or compilation books. Some books have literally hundreds of projects many of which are quick to stitch. Other books have smaller numbers of more challenging projects (typically five or six).

The main benefit of buying our cross stitch books is that they represent excellent value for money. You receive high quality designs for a fraction of the cost of buying a single design as a kit.

We like to give our customers a choice. If you already have lots of materials you may wish to purchase just a cross stitch chart or a book. However, if you like to receive a pack with all the materials you need to complete your project, then we can cater for this as well, but with a number of added benefits!
