I would not hesitate to use your company again
Charles KingYour cleaner was fantastic - very considerate and professional, and he did a great job cleaning the sofa. I have always been completely satisfied with their work. I like the fact that we can vary the cleanings each time based on our needs and available budget. I would not hesitate to use your company again. I would ask for the same staff too.

Rebecca LordBooking was surprisingly easy, the cleaner arrived on time and was very professional and friendly, our carpets were cleaned to a very high standard making a huge difference to their appearance. They are extremely easy to deal with, and if I have a special request I can email during the week and the task is promptly attended to on cleaning day. After cleaning all stains gone and my carpet looks like new! I would certainly use them again for any household washing chores and the friendly service they provide!

I moved in a house that formerly was a grocery store in the Heights...I saw Cost Effective Cleaners on line via Google and jumped on it....i called and I didn't get a voice mail..i got the owner, Steven...he came out that very day...because of the cathedral ceilings he jumped right on the job with tubes and dusters...all i know is when i returned home the air was fresh...i left for work, left him my house key (complete trust)and returned to my new breathing space...

martha ochsWe wanted to move out of our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on a weekend. Due to the last minute circumstances, we realized we needed outside assistance to clean the place. It wasn't in the worst shape, but our ex-landlord was a Grade A A******, so we knew it had to be perfect. I desperately called many cleaners. It was a Thursday and we needed someone for Sunday or Monday (holiday). No one was available.
Finally I called Cost Effective Cleaners! they really came through. Their tech Jason came by promptly to do a consultation, was super nice and friendly, and was totally on time with his cleaning team on the morning of the move out.
OH MY GOSH, after his team finished, the place looked better than I have ever seen it. I didn't want to move! The team made a bunch of c*** appliances from the 80s gleam like new. Also, they were sweet, and their leader made a point to take me around the apartment to show me their work at the end to check for my approval. Cost Effective Cleaners saved the day for this move out clean, and I am looking into hiring them for my regular cleaning service.
