Core Associates bring a balanced and considered approach to any project and utilise both in house and out of house experience, skills and resources to realise our clients’ objectives.

Detailed description:

Since the formation of the practice in 2007, we have been endeavouring to work with clients on a strategic basis where possible and in conjunction with working on live projects. This approach has involved working with Health Facilities Scotland, the Procure 21+ team and the Scottish Court Service in an advisory capacity.

We have also been involved in early Masterplanning and Business Case work with Strathclyde Fire and Rescue, NHS Forth Valley and National Services Scotland together with an interesting variety of live healthcare and residential projects.
