Detailed description:
Connage Highland Dairy is situated on our family farm, Milton of Connage at Ardersier. The farm was started by our father Hamish Clark and is now farmed by us - Callum & Cameron, Jill & Eileen.
We constructed a state-of-the-art cheese dairy and since January 2006, have been producing and selling a range of organic, handcrafted vegetarian cheeses, using traditional techniques.
All our products are fully traceable and we apply excellent quality controls from 'cow to cheese'. We can assure the highest standard of animal welfare and care for our cows, continuing the attention to detail into our cheeses.
