A warm welcome awaits you at this family run hotel, ideally situated close to the seafront, theatres, Eastbourne's new cultural centre and Devonshire Park. The town centre is a leisurely 10 minutes walk away and public transport is available close by for the more outlying attractions.
We have two small car parks and street parking is unrestricted.
We offer a free wireless internet connection in our reception lounge and we are a non-smoking hotel.

Visit our friendly, fully licenced bar lounge where we offer a wide selection of wines, alcoholic and soft beverages. Between 12.00 and 2.00 pm we offer light lunches and hot or cold snacks. Tea and coffee is available throughout the day.
The lounge bar has it own dance floor with live entertainment most evenings.
Our sixty two spacious bedrooms are all en-suite, centrally heated and are served by two lifts. They have hospitality trays, direct dial telephones, hairdryers and remote controlled colour televisions through which you can access some freeview channels and radio stations.
Most bedrooms overlook Devonshire Park at the front and Wilmington Gardens at the rear.
In our spacious restaurant overlooking Wlimington Gardens we offer attentive, friendly service together with excellent traditional English cuisine and a varied choice from our table d'hote menu.
Start your day with a hearty Full English Breakfast. For Evening Dinner we offer a table d'hote menu, with a small a la carte selection and vegetarian choices. Special diets and packed lunches are catered for by prior arrangement. Seating in the restaurant is very flexible and we can cater for tables from 1 to 10 guests.
The large patio garden is the perfect place to enjoy the summer sun with a morning coffee or tempting snack from our lunch menu. Or you could simply relax in the peaceful surroundings of Wilmington Gardens.
