Computer Recruiter has been leading IT recruitment in Wales for over 20 years.

Back in 1987 there was a shortage of computer recruitment agencies in South Wales. Bernard Morgan, an experienced IT professional, and Marilyn Morgan, who held a background in personnel, decided to use their respective skills to start a professional IT recruitment agency in Cardiff that concentrated on customer service.

Being at the forefront of the IT industry boom and in recruitment since the early days has given us huge experience and a unique view of the market. To this day the business is still owned and managed by the Morgan family.

Computer Recruiter originally traded as BMCS IT Recruitment but in 2008 we decided it was time to bring the brand in-line with the rest of the business. We opted for a new name and fresh look but wanted to ensure the service levels and friendly approach we are famous for remained unchanged.

We now have hundreds of clients from all industries across South Wales including software houses, manufacturing plants, media companies and financial institutions. We have also built up a database containing tens of thousands of job seekers that we strive to keep up to date.
