It should be cable of running most modern programs, but operationally it may not be as fast at carrying out heavy processing. The graphics card is usually integrated in to the main board or a more basic one which may not be suitable for 3D gaming that require open GL extensions or fast complex image processing. On our systems we make sure that the graphics card can be replaced with a more powerful one if required at a later date. The processor can also be upgraded to a faster one at a later date, but as processor speeds rapidly increase every six months or so, eventually it will become more limited on its potential for upgrading the processor.
