Our second option has the same requirements as above, with the extra service of a Hot Standby Server. This means that is your hardware fails we can have your Hot Server up and running remotely within the hour and then deliver it onsite. We can repair your old server and switch back over with minimal downtime.

Both options we offer loan or replacement equipment for faulty hardware, but the differences relate to system availability. Disaster Recovery has become more popular over the last few years as more than 65% of small businesses never recover in the event of a disaster.
