The Community Care Trust is a voluntary sector provider of a range of services across South Devon. All the services we provide are based on a shared approach to building the emotional health and well being of those who look to us for support. We believe that to live well, we have shared needs for security, for meaning, purpose and control in our lives, for hope and for a connectedness to other people.

Have hope and enjoy life • Build or, if necessary rebuild a satisfying and meaningful life • Take control over major life decisions • Develop an understanding and acceptance of life experiences • Develop a forward thinking approach to life • Take positive steps to achieve personal wellness by using strengths and talents • Make a contribution (we all need to give as well as receive) • Achieve personal goals in order to live the lifestyle of choice. Some of our services are provided in a residential or hospital setting whilst others use our own or public facilities in the community. Others do not take place in any particular setting but consist of personal support, from staff or from others, in whatever place a person chooses.
