Mrs EdmundsI had an exhuast fitted at collier row tyres, I had to take it back because the car sounded strange, They took a look & soon realised i was very very low on oil, If it wasnt for there honesty & good nature im sure it would have cost me an engine. they even took the time to show me how to check the oil in future, I felt stupid knowing nothing about cars, & they expalined im not the first & will not be the last this happens too, & that it happens to women & men.
I was so impessed with the level of service i recieved i have been recomending friends and family.

KJIMy wife visited the shop to have a weight replaced to the front off-side wheel. She had the weight (it fell off while washing the car) and asked for it to be refixed as it had fallen off a wheel from a recently replaced tyre (from Collier Row tyres).
To say she was treated like a nuisance and typical woman would be an understatement. She left the car for the weight to be refixed as the two 'gentlemen' working that day made her feel intimidated and uncomfortable. On returning they said the weight had been replaced, upon checking it clearly hadn't.
I always used to go to this outlet as their prices and service were always good, unfortunately the service aspect is horrific.
I am giving a 1 star rating as I am unable to give zero!!!!
