Qualifying as a Foot Health Professional took 2 years of study in both anatomy and physiology – with the SMAE Institute (which is allied with the Anglia Ruskin University) and is the largest training facility in the UK.

“After I’d taken my exams I spent a period of time at the busy SMAE clinic in Maidenhead to gain hands on experience of a wide range of foot health problems.”

    Colin does quite clearly state, more than once that he is a Foot Health Practitioner. It would appear that some people have been mislead by adverts linked to this article which do have the words Chiropody and Podiatry in them but, and I repeat myself, there is no use of those words in the body of Colin Elliots article and therefore no misrepresentation

    Not at any point of the above advert FHP has mentioned that he is a chiropodist. Why nasty comments? He clearly states where he was trained and what are his skills, without breach of rules of HPC! Give FHP's some credit please and leave them alone. Ther are just trying to do their job, like anyone else.
