UK based Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a private practice based in Egham High Street within easy reach of Feltham, Shepperton, Addlestone, Greenford, Hayes, Southall etc. Simon also offers home visits spanning a ten mile radius of Egham in Surrey. Locations include Staines, Laleham, Stanwell, Ashford in Middlesex, Wentworth, Windsor, Colnbrook, Chertsey, Englefield Green, Virginia Waters, Ascot and Eton. Groups, couples and one to one therapy available after completion of a free initial consultation either by phone or at the Hounslow practice. Issues covered include anxiety, depression, over worrying, panic attacks, stress management, low self confidence, assertiveness training, weight loss etc. Simon conducts telephone administered cognitive behavioural therapy which is similar to seeing a counsellor face- to- face but there is no travelling for either client or therapist in the UK and can be used in any setting where there is use of a telephone and is also skype enabled.

In any setting where there is use of a telephone Simon is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Crisis Counsellor.Simon gained his qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Crisis, Trauma, and PTSD Counselling at the highly regarded Centre for Stress Management (London) where he also qualified in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. Simon was attached to the Trauma Support Centre in Bromley where the team were on call in the event of a critical incident. This would involve major incidents such as a train derailment. Simon is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist who qualified 13 years ago at St Charles Hospital (London). After working in this environment for a number of years he started his own private practice. In conjunction with his private practice he worked as an NHS Counsellor at Hatton Medical Practice dealing with a wide range of issues. The presenting problems spanned from mild depression to thoughts of suicide. Simon conducts telephone administered cognitive behavioural therapy which is similar to seeing a counsellor face-to-face. Simon is currently (2009) running Workshops on Confidence Building, Assertiveness Training, Anger Management and Self Esteem Groups based at a Mental Health Day Centre in Hounslow (West London). The staff work with the Community Mental Health Teams and Social Workers involved in the clients mental health care to ensure a balanced treatment plan.
