We are a partnership of 25 schools on the Tendring peninsula in coastal northeast Essex. Our core professional purpose is to work together to develop collectively a more cohesive, local strategy that further promotes educational standards and achievement for children and young people. We offer enrichment activities, curricular programmes and therapeutic support, meeting identified needs, in collaboration with the wider local community.

Our partnership focuses on overall school improvement by raising achievement and promoting positive behaviour and improving attendance across all schools.
Principles that underpin the Partnership will:
Define the common purpose underpinning its joint activities,
Serve a defined local community, Require member schools to be equally committed to the success of children and young people across all Partnership schools, Agree that all member schools are mutually accountable for shared functions of the partnership, Agree that all member schools are mutually responsible for the planning and implementation of Partnership activities,Develop a broad based strategy to raise attainment, promote efficiency and maximise the benefits of collaborative working for staff. Ensure financial transparency and collective accountability. Generate an educational system that is innovative, exciting and fun for its learners.
