Detailed description:
Sara helps her clients develop sustainable solutions and strategies that fit their own unique situations and lead to practical actions and benefits. Whether she is coaching one-to-one, leading team workshops or facilitating an Away-day, Sara is passionate about helping people perform at their best and become measurably more successful - whatever their definition of success. Sara often uses DVD feedback to help clients learn and embed useful new skills. She is also happy to act in direct support to her client, for example working alongside them in a critical leadership incident, like a team meeting.
Sara’s background in Drama and directing is integral to the way she works. She borrows on the mindset and energies of performance to enable her clients to develop the influence and flexibility of style they need to help them become measurably more effective in the way they communicate and operate to improve business performance and results.
Sara began her professional career as a drama teacher in a large Inner City Comprehensive. It was during that time that she became intrigued with why some teachers had the knack of making students want to succeed and how that might relate to business leaders and those they lead. It was the insights gained from this enquiry that led Sara to set up¿Coaching Impact Ltd.
She is an accredited coach (PCC) and lives in North London with her husband and 2 children.
