Detailed description:

CMC Associates originated in 1992 as The Multimedia Team of the National Museums of Scotland (NMS). In 2005 this original group formed CMC Associates, along with other talented media specialists.

CMC is rooted in Scotland but has associates in England and Ireland as well as partner organisations in Ireland and Canada.

Today the team’s combined experience, expertise and skillls make CMC Associates well-respected leaders in their field.

CMC Associates work closely with clients to provide strategic interpretive planning for exhibitions. Whether interpreting an object, person, place or idea, CMC really get to the core of an exhibition or display, and propose the most appropriate media for communicating key messages to audiences.

With experience in development, production and management across all interpretive platforms, CMC consult with clients looking for advice and support on uses of technology within their exhibitions.

CMC Associates were critical to the development of the interpretation for the Culloden Battlefield Memorial Exhibition, opened 2008.
