This process also extended the product base and industry spread.

Clyde Materials Handling is an operating subsidiary of Clyde Process Solutions plc, an AIM-listed (LSE: CPSP) business who specialise in helping process industries improve and enhance their processes by deploying a wide range of pneumatic conveying and dust filtration technologies.

In 2007, Clyde Process Solutions plc acquired MAC Equipment, Inc, a US-based provider of pneumatic conveying, dust filtration and material handling valve technologies. MAC's range of technologies have been integrated with Clyde Materials Handling to create a world-leading provider of pneumatic conveying, pneumatic injection, dust filtration and material handling valves for process industries.
