Our members range in age, shape, size and ability. And, more importantly, everyone mixes together which makes for a wonderful, relaxed friendly and non-competitive atmosphere.Don't be put off if you have tried to exercise regularly before & couldn't stick to it! Firstly, you're not alone! It takes most people 2 or 3 attempts to make exercise a regular part of their life before they get the balance right. Secondly, you may have stopped exercising because you became bored or de-motivated, that's quite common too!

We understand how difficult it can be to find the time and the motivation to stick to a fitness routine. With kids, family, work and the home to take care of, finding time for YOU is difficult. It's even harder to find the time to motivate yourself if you don't enjoy it!

So, here at Club Zest we try to make your exercise programme enjoyable and varied with regular progress checks and programme updates every 8 weeks to show you how well you're doing and to keep you on track. We also give you incentives to reward you for simply making your visits! Working one-to-one with your instructor we ensure that you stay motivated & get the results you want.We work with you to create the right programme for you, one that fits around your lifestyle, one that caters to your needs and goals.Our desire to motivate you doesn't begin & end once you're in the club, miss a few visits or a re-assessment appointment and you will find us on the telephone to you making sure everything is okay! So, there really is no escape!
