That’s why at Clownfish we specialise in understanding what drives people’s behaviour and work with you to engage with your stakeholders in a language they understand, on the issues that matter most. Once upon a time there was a community of clownfish who lived together, far, far below the warm, crashing waves. Whilst the clownfish were very happy, they were always wary of the other big fish that lived in the reef alongside them, and because they were so small, they always seemed to end up being somebody else’s dinner.

One day, an intrepid young clownfish decided to venture to other parts of the ocean to find a solution to their problem. After scouring the reef for several hours, he saw what appeared to be a huge ‘plant’ covered in tentacles looming in the distance, and as he drew closer he noticed that it was covered in tiny pieces of debris that seemed to be hurting it. Remembering what his family had told him, “Don’t go too far and don’t get in trouble”, but still wanting to help, he carefully ventured forward and began slowly removing the debris from in between the tentacles.
