Detailed description:
The school provides many enrichment and extra curricular activities for its pupils, including a Breakfast Club and an After School Club. Other activities provided include various sports clubs and a dance club, music clubs, a gardening club, an art club and a libray club. The school council has representatives from each class and they are currently working on sustainable issues involving energy saving and recycling around school .
There is an annual theme week usually around an Environmental theme when pupils participate in a wide range of exciting and enriching activities, and when visits and visitors are arranged.
Every class also has an annual educational visit out of school, linking to their curriculum work. The beautiful gounds around the school are used for outdoor learning at all times of the year.
There are opportunities each term for every child to participate in a school musical production, which helpsto develop confidence and self esteem.
