    This business would make Mary Portas very proud. I drove all the way from Bristol to purchase a Horn Cabinet from these lovely people and they were so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable that I would make that drive again as the whole experience was such a pleasant one.

    I saw a sewing machine on-line and telephoned this shop as I was visiting my parents from swindon, the man explained all about the overlocker and said he would put it to one side for me (even though I was not visiting for another 2 weeks)I had no obligation to buy he said Just come and see it.

    I arrived as promised and could not have been more pleased a wonderful shop with 2 lovely men selling sewing machines which did tickle me.

    the service is brilliant and after showing me the machine working, I bought it and cottons, they were and are wonderful It puts big retailers to shame as their customer service is brilliant. THANK YOU X
