Formed in 1963 Claytons has evolved and steadily expanded from 3 small shops into one giant 48,000 sq ft superstore with its own dedicated separate distribution centre, to become one of the most successful family owned retail businesses in Lincoln. We are a financially secure company with no borrowings, our expansion has been funded purely by re-investment back into the business and our staff.

We have deliberately avoided selling the cheap inferior goods often available through some of the national chains, where the lowest price possible is the only concern of the consumer (without having any concern for quality) .
