The Classic Models Company was formed in 1996 to manufacture plastic injection moulded road vehicle kits.
Detailed description:
All Classic Model kits are manufactured in ABS plastic for strength. Our bus kits have a one piece body shell, to make your choice of livery easy to apply. You can even use cellulose paint if required. All the kits are manufactured with you, the modeller and enthusiast in mind, because you want fine detailed, authentic models to the exact same scale.
The main aims of the production of the kits were as follows:-
The vehicles moulded should be an exact 4mm, scale replica of the prototype,
Very high standards of quality and detail should be maintained throughout the range
The vehicles modelled should be authentic,
The kits should be interesting but not difficult to assemble,
They should be strong and easy to paint. "All our kits are manufactured in A.B.S. plastic", and
The kits should be economically priced.
All these aims have been met in the production of the first 15 kits available at present and will be maintained in all future extensions to the range.
The larger vehicles in the range incorporate a steering unit and a one pice body.
Our models are sold, via model shops in Spain, Germany, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
