Hillyer is proud of its heritage. Established in 1885, Clarke Hillyer grew to be one of East London and West Essex formost property companies. Customer service and a full range of services has always been core in providing a service to our clients which we feel is second to none. Testament to this is that some of our clients own properties that we have had under our management since they were new builds in Victorian times. These properties have since been passed through generation to generation and each of these generations have retained our services.

We also have a fine professional department made up of both qualified and qualifying Chartered Surveyors, who not only support our property management department but also carry out a wide range of services from mortgage valuations to rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as party wall awards and leasehold enfranchisement.
