The main activities of the Citrus Group include acquisition and strategic asset management of investment and development opportunities. We work closely with a number of Joint Venture Partners to acquire investments and developments in the United Kingdom and internationally, including Germany, Israel, Poland and Turkey.
Our investment strategy is to acquire real estate that is underpinned by solid income streams with asset enhancement opportunities in high quality locations
