Short profile:
We are a nationwide charity. We support people (young and old) who are in danger of becoming socially excluded or who are suffering from prior segregation and discrimination. We use Person Centred Planning (life planning) to help people become more a part of their community. We set up of ""circles of support"" (groups of supportive friends). We support projects/groups such as: children's learning support projects, disabled family support projects, a project for teenagers who are excluded, have learning difficulties or disabilities and individualised support projects etc.
