    Please, please, please DO NOT use this company. I ordered 4 radiators from their Home Design Consultant - who told me one would fit nicely in my kitchen and not block a cupboard and drawer (I specifically asked the question). Stupidly I paid upfront - partly pressure of salesman. When measured by their representative was told that a kitchen radiator cover would block cupboard and drawer - they then charged cancellation and administration fees of over £170 for their error. Absolute nightmare to resolve and to get the other money they agreed to refund back. Thank goodness for my credit card company who have been excellent. Classic Cabinets only refunded the money they had agreed to pay back after I instigated chargeback with my credit card company. I have to say they are the worse company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my life - and the whole thing has made me quite ill. I only wish I had done more research such as look at other reviews and on the Companies House website. I ordered in November 2012 and it is now May 2013 and still in the process of claiming my refund back via chargeback and Section 75. I have learnt a very hard lesson to never pay up front. The three radiator cabinets fitted are OK but were very expensive and certainly not worth the nightmare I have been through and also they took over three months to fit. I wouldn't wish my experience on my worst enemy.
