Durdle Door can produce some good fish. By day there are plenty of Wrasse around, although during the summer months it may be impossible to fish during the day due to the summer tourists, unless you walk westwards away from the bathers. At night there is a chance of big Bass, Rays, Pout, Rockling and Conger Eels. Fresh Mackeral is the best bait for the Bass and Congers, whilst the Rays will take sandeels. There is also the possiblity of Tope.
