Short profile:
We are a small (40 seater) restaurant in the heart of Birmingham's famous Jewellery Quarter, approximately 10 minutes walk from the City Centre. Choolo will offer a relaxed, cosy even, atmosphere with a unique charm of being located in a listed converted Mill. Access to the restaurant is via an alleyway adjacent Paul Green Jewellers off Warstone Lane.

The Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal lies between the arid plateau of Tibet to the north and the fertile river planes of India to the south. Nepalese cuisine reflects this geographical diversity - Tibetan based Thukpa Soup & Momo to the exclusively Indian Curries.
