SlaughterI'm french and I found this website at random. I ordered a pair shoes on march 26. It's may the 2nd, and still nothing ...I send them millions of mails, but no true answer...I lost 30£ .I would like to prosecute them, or make them close the shop. Have you got any idea of how to do this ?

Char901My Boyfriend decided to treat me to a pair of Chockers beautiful "Fierce" Shoes. I had wanted them for ages and ages so for Valentines day this was the perfect oppertunity! So the BF ordered 2 pairs,1 in a 6 and 1 in a 7 in order for me to try and see which ones fitted best!Shoes arrived in a matter of couple of days, and i selected the size 7's which fitted me best!Perfect i thought!The following day i posted back the shoes which were a ridiculous £9.95 postage,but as i wanted to post as recorded 1st class to ensure they arrived,this seemed a small ammount to pay!I then went to a friends for dinner the following day and wore my lovely new "CHOCKERS" shoes. I walked from the car to the house (10 yards) or so and when i got into my friends,the bottom of the heel fell off!Brilliant!Luckily for me my friend had some superglue, and this worked an absolute treat. We then decided to go into our local town for a drink,i didnt even get as far as from the taxi to the pub, when the heel felt wobbly!The heel had snapped inside,so unfortunatly i had to go home alone in my useless shoes!I then emailed CHOCKERS the follwing day to complain as i didn't see why my BF should have to pay for these shoes as they were clearly faulty!I then emailed again and again and again, oh and again and gave up!I also had an email from chockers to confirm that the other parcel had been sent back and they had recieved it and that they would credit my BF's account. They never did.They never have, and if they never will thats fine but i will name you, shame you and tear your reputation of rip off, rubbish shoes. I still have the shoes here, and photographs of the damage and am still waiting for an email or call to for a massive apology!Think a call to Consumer Statutory Rights maybe an idea ;)

Rebecca BaglowI ordered some shoes on 10.12.12 and received them fine. They were wrong size so I sent them back anf got a confirmation e-mail that they had been received and my refund would be credited within 28 days. It is now 13.02.13, I have sent three e-mails, had no response and still NO REFUND. This is awful customer service. I have heard nothing at all from them so basically they have stolen £39 from me. I had really good recommendations for this site and now my view has completely changed.

Alex.chickReceived shoes today, gave four star just because I hoped the delivery might be a bit quicker, although they did arrive in the time-frame stated. Nevertheless, the shoes are brilliant, look even better than in photo. Very happy with the purchase, not crazy bout delivery tho customer service was helpful when I emailed. No problems using gain.

I placed My order bout 15 days ago and the shoes came by the 12th day (within the time slot). I really love them, service was satisfactory. Definitely happy to use the website again.
