KCThis is exactly what it says -a private house - some spare bedrooms, run single handedly by the mistress of the house. The double had a sink - and double bed so big you had to side step round the room - and stoop to move between the bed and sink. Breakfast was sparse - though tasty - one glass of orange juice. Felt unable to ask for more - since eggs seemed to be a problem - both the amount requested, and the way you wished them to be done. Breakfast was served in what apears to be their living room. Not enough milk in the room to make tea or coffee. Fake vase decoration mildewed and dusty. Sink cupboard crammed full of toys. It also rose by £5 a night since original telephone booking - which I declined to pay.
