China represents a significant opportunity for Western companies to reduce manufacturing costs. However, moving production to China can be a time consuming and costly process, which has primarily been an option for very large companies only. China Works was established in 2004 to help customers realise the financial benefit of sourcing from China, while minimising the problems involved.
China Works help companies in the UK and Europe to successfully lower their design and manufacturing costs by moving production to China. Our UK and Shanghai based team work alongside customers to facilitate the success of Chinese manufacturing projects. The team have over 40 years combined experience of dealing with Chinese factories so have a good understanding of why outsourcing projects can fail or succeed
