For mobility impaired persons, and other passengers unable to use the footbridge to platform 2: Travelling from this station on southbound services (towards London), please contact the ticket office to arrange for alternative transport to the next station. Alighting at this station from northbound services (From Birmingham/ banbury), please notify station staff before starting your journey, or call the Chiltern Railways helpline on 08456 005 165 between 0800 and 2200 hours; select option 3, then option 3 again, to arrange for alternative transport from the next station. A valid ticket must be held before travelling in the taxi.
