Our real expertise lies in our ability to manage, or assist clients to manage both complex and simple construction-related projects through to successful delivery. We have been doing this for over 25 years now and the level of repeat business that we obtain is testimony to our success. In recent years we have added cost consultancy to our core services and, depending upon the specific needs of a project, we can also offer building surveying and M & E services to clients.
Our approach to the delivery of our services is very different from that which you would normally expect from a building consultancy and, whether or not our approach is of interest to the client will normally depend upon their own perception of what they want from a project manager or cost consultant. We can demonstrate quite clearly that we add value, not cost, to the process and our list of clients would support this contention strongly.
