Cheshire Remedial was established in 1987 as a remedial wall tie installation and training company by Howard Rayner. The company grew quickly to encompass the treatment of rising damp, wood boring infestation, wet rot and dry rot. In the late 90s Damian Rayner joined the company and launched the basement conversion arm of Cheshire Remedial. In 2005 Damian Rayner assumed the role of MD for Cheshire Remedial Ltd, which was the amalgamation of our 3 core business areas:

* Preservation – The treatment of rising damp, wet rot, dry rot, infestation.

* Wall Restraints – Wall ties, Lateral restraints, crack stitching.

* Basement conversions- Making damp, wet cellars into dry habitable rooms.
