Chase Homes provides a two year warranty for each of its homes. This also includes a warranty on all appliances. (Please note a Zurich warranty is available in respect of the stock property Live/Work Unit 124 at Commercial Street) After the 2 year NHBC warranty period has expired a professional contractor should be employed at your own expense.
