Charsley Harrison can trace its roots back to the late nineteenth century. Initially it served the local community, but with the advent of technology, there is now no geographical limit to the location of the firm’s clients.
The firm has two offices - Windsor and Slough. Both offices have client car parking and are conveniently served by train and bus.
Slough office is five minutes walk from the main railway station – 20 minutes from Paddington and is midway between Junctions 5 and 6 on the M4.
Windsor office is also in the town centre and enjoys the benefit of two railway stations – Windsor and Eton Riverside (55 mins from Waterloo) and Windsor and Eton Central (30 minutes from Paddington via Slough).
The firm offers a comprehensive personal service to all its clients whether private clients or major corporations. Over a number of years the firm has built up relationships with law firms overseas to improve the service offered to clients.

The firm has a Notary Public at each of its offices.
The Partners are assisted by a number of assistant solicitors and legal assistants. The Partnership Secretary, Allan Hodge FCA, manages the efficient accounts department and deals with many administrative matters.
Phillip Jones is Senior Partner of Charsley Harrison. After qualifying as a solicitor he had a short period working in Industry. Thereafter for the next 10 years he undertook a full range of legal work including crime, property, commercial, family and probate. This gave him an exceptionally broad experience and has enabled him to advise clients in a comprehensive manner.
He then decided to specialise in Commercial Law and now undertakes a wide range of commercial work including commercial agreements, (for example, distribution agreements and agency agreements), acquisition and disposals of companies and businesses and commercial property. He is able to provide a good broad service to commercial clients.
Charsley Harrison can provide experienced support and assistance in respect of aspects of all civil litigation from small debt collecting to complex contract disputes.
Charsley Harrison also has specialised experienced solicitors in Employment Law, Landlord and Tenant and all types of dispute resolution including disputes relating to ownership of property and non-matrimonial family disputes.
Charsley Harrison prides itself on its very strong family department. Currently two very experienced solicitors work in the department who are both members of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) and each has over 25 years experience in all aspects of work including all problems relating to marriage and relationship breakdown whether married or otherwise. Their expertise extends to cover all aspects of financial matters in family work, problems relating to children and personal protection.
