Keeping in touch with constant changes in the market place an important part in advising clients when the optimum time to sell is, and what types of marketing to use.
We do accept consignments from the Channel Islands as well as the UK and Continent for clients who wish to sell in a non VAT dominion, where Droite de Suite do not apply either.
As soon as we are instructed to sell a particular item, we will target potential buyers immediately by a series of photographs and condition reports sent to potential buyers and collectors in the Channel Islands and beyond.
Individual photographs can be posted on their website which is to be launched shortly, well in advance of the sale date, so as much publicity and interest as possible can be generated, prior to sale. Secure storage can be offered prior to items being offered for sale.
They also intend to offer a full programme of valuation services, either for Insurance, Family Division or Probate. Valuation days are planned, and these will include visits to Sark and Alderney. The Inaugural Fine Art sale will be held on Saturday 25th June at Les Cotils, Guernsey.
