A cheerleading club meets every Thursday after school.
The children represent the school in a range of interschool sports festivals organised by the Redborne School Sports partnership
Year 4 children have the opportunity to go on a 4 day residential outdoor adventure trip
Years 3 and 4 are invited to attend the middle school to watch performances
Throughout the year we have a variety of interesting activities to enrich the curriculum. These include assemblies by the local vicar, special events for Harvest, Remembrance Day, Pink Day, Christmas and Easter, visits every other year by The Life Bus, music ensembles and our annual trip to the Pantomine. We arrange themed days in school eg book day. Year 3 and 4 take part in swimming lessons in the spring term.
Peripatetic teachers offer musical instrument tuition
Keystage 2 children are learning to speak French as part of their modern foreign languages programme.
