Short courses and qualifications available on published dates throughout the year and held at our purpose built training and conference centre in Nottinghamshire.

The company was formed in 1996 by Dawn Edwards “Nottinghamshire Business Awards 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year”.In-company programmes can be tailored to client needs and delivered at a time and location to suit you and your business. Over 90% of clients use us more than once. Clients include many household names such as Balfour Beatty, E-on, British Telecom, Charnwood Borough Council, Nottingham City Council, Care Fertility and many more. We work also in partnership with the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce to deliver a wide range.
We work in partnership with our clients to form long term relationships. By learning about their business we are able to tailor solutions to meet their precise needs. If we can’t help – we say so (and we usually know someone who can).
We can help you to identify blocks to good performance through facilitating discussions and by providing the tools and focus which you may need to clearly see the issues at hand and the possible options to address them.
