Headed up by our very own 2 AA rosette winning "masterchef", Matthew Roath, the team place a great deal of pride in sending out exquisite dishes. Each day we source the best ingredients we can find, using local suppliers as much as possible. We use the best of the season's produce, not messing around with it, letting the flavours speak for themselves, treating each product with maximum respect, from a homegrown tomato to a line-caught wild seabass.

In order to enjoy the fruits of our team's labour, our restaurant is a relaxed and comfortable space, whether you dine under the beams in the main restaurant, in the Snug (with its cosy red walls and rustic painted wood settle) or on the round "Table 4" (fast becoming known as the Party Table)". With its long history as the village pub, it was very important to us to retain a cosy bar area for locals and newcomers alike.

Think of a wood-burning stove, squashy leather sofas, sumptuous fabrics, antique wooden stools, and lots of candlelight...that's the bar at Chadwicks Inn Maltby.
