Massage is effective at managing acute and chronic pain and supports other pain treatment. Treatment will typically be a one hour session consisting of a postural and physical assessment, 30-45 minutes massage with manipulation treatment, and aftercare advice.
Detailed description:
A full assessment is undertaken - this includes taking a medical history and subjective and physical examination of your complaint or problem. Results will then be discussed with you to develop a treatment plan which will be individually tailored to suit your needs. This will take into account your lifestyle, leisure activities and general health. This session will take approximately one hour (including treatment).
