CeX we buy and sell Games, DVDs, PC Hardware Software, Phones and electronics online. CeX was founded in London in 1992. We now have stores in the UK, Spain and the USA.

CeX buy, sell and exchange a range of technology and entertainment products including mobile phones, video games, DVDs, HD films, computers, digital electronics, vision and music CDs.

    after spending many times in disagreement with cex concerning the returns policys which i belive is against the sales of goods act. i would advise people to shop elsewhere as most of the handsets are cheaper to buy new or from elsewhere i have had varies problems with cex stolen handsets, damaged handsets and cex always try to worm their way out getting rid of the customer phone line and replacing it with email so they can ignore the customers after sending over 10 emails and getting no reponse i am stuck again with a bad handset

    CeX are very poor and they employ stroppy teenagers who have clearly little or no brains. bought a phone that was locked onto vodafone, asked CeX where i could get it done before buying the phone, then go round to the place i was instructed to find out the phone works on any contract but 3, the one i wanted. went back for a refund as i was never aware of this, but they was stupid enough not to grant it and they would have made alot of money as now it was unlocked but no. decided to be all stroppy *** there.

    don't go there it really is very poor.
