We deliver a range of tailored in-house learning and development services from stand alone courses to complete and fully managed programmes.
In-house training services are designed collaboratively with our customers and delivered at venues and on dates of your choice.

Our recruitment model is one of the most successful and cost effective ways of recruiting staff to fill short term or permanent roles. Increasingly organisations are recruiting our staff on a temporary basis, offering 'casual contracts' as a way of reducing VAT liability on their wages and then transferring them onto a permanent contract when a position becomes vacant.
Central Care has a team dedicated to providing organisations with a reliable and responsive ad hoc and emergency shift cover service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our Bank Outsourcing service was developed following the change in VAT legislation in 2009, initially for organisations unable to reclaim VAT.
We were asked by a number of customers to deliver a service that would cut costs, create organisational efficiencies and provide fully compliant staff to front line services.
