With my vast experience of working with musicians from all musical genres, I can make quick judgements on how to get the best out of your tracks, and do what's necessary to make it sound better.

I work quicker, so you get a great job cheaper! Mastering requires an accurate studio and I've got one of the best - located in Theale, near Reading, Berks, in the heart of the Thames Valley. per hour, and have racks of exotic vintage valve gear, where you can tinker in minute detail on just one track for hours at a time. And there's the cheap places, with dodgy monitoring and acoustics so you can't really have any confidence in what you're hearing, and where the engineer there has little knowledge of anything outside his own particular genre, so he tries to make your music sound like that! Then there's me: I'm somewhere in the middle. I may charge a bit more per hour than the cheap places, but I can probably get a better job done - in fewer hours!
