Castlereagh Enterprises Ltd is the Local Enterprise Agency for the Castlereagh area and the main port of call for anyone thinking about starting up their own business. Our main aim is to promote economic development and job creation in the Castlereagh Borough Council Area. We do this by providing the following: Free Business advice and training, Workspace, Secretarial services, Conference / training / meeting facilities.

Castlereagh Enterprises Limited was founded in January 1992 to be the Local Enterprise Agency for the Castlereagh Borough Council area. It is a private company limited by guarantee. The company is a profit making but not profit taking Local Enterprise Agency based in Dundonald, Northern Ireland. Castlereagh Enterprises Ltd operates as a business park offering office accommodation and related services to tenants’ onsite as well as a portfolio of business development programmes to support SMEs and the community and voluntary sector. We currently occupy 110, 000 square foot of workspace with 69 companies onsite. A singular strength of CEL is the adaptability of its workspace units to suit varied business needs. The units range from offices at 250 square feet to industrial units at 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 square feet. From the central administration area occupiers and others can avail of central services including. Central telephone / fax system, Telephone answering service, Secretarial / typing service, Business plans/ Financial Projection, Book-keeping / payroll/ VAT service, Photocopying, scanning service, Mailshots, franking, Comb binding, laminating, Desk-top publishing, Accommodation address.
