Short profile:
A broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that is includes opportunities for child initiated tasks. Exciting, creative and openended learning oppotunities. An opportunity to learn french from reception to year 6. Cluster events with local schools- sporting events and activity days.
A range of clubs are available at lunchtime and after school- netball, football, rounders, tag rugby, key stage 1 sports, engineering, grid club, recorders, cookery. Music tuition is avialable through Worcestershire Youth Music- singing, flute, saxophone, violin etc. Outside agencies provide sporting opportunities.
Pupils take part in performances, church services and productions. Children take part in educational visits and Year 5/6 have the opportunity to take part in a residential visit.

Castlemorton is a school with high educational standards and traditions where children learn in a happy, safe and caring environment. The school has an open and welcoming ethos and is at the heart of the community. Children are happy to come to school and are enthusiatic about learning. Parents value the supportive relationships and the variety of learning opportunities provided for their children.
The staff are highly experienced and have a variety of strengths in many curricular areas. The school values the support staff who work alongside teachers to support learning and teaching for all pupils. The Governors are extremely committed and work hard to ensure that the school is making positve improvements.
