Wast Hills is Castlebeck’s latest specialist hospital for people with autism.
Wast Hills House, together with its Lodge and Annexe, is situated in a quiet semi-rural location near Kings Norton, formerly part of the Cadbury Estate near to Bromsgrove.
Set in six acres of gardens, it has been developed to provide specialist support and services for up to 28 adults on the autistic spectrum with associated complex needs.

Castlebeck has more than 20 years experience of providing high quality services for higher challenge and higher complexity service users. We commit to people - building trusting relationships in a calm, confident way.
At the heart of our person-centred services is an understanding of disability and challenging behaviour. This can lead to positive outcomes for individuals with disabilities and their families.
We support service users to progress along a pathway in a way that is fundamentally safe, managing all aspects of risk well, including an ability to take positive risks while providing a structured, meaningful programme of therapeutic activity for all.
We can provide person-centred assessment and intervention for people aged over 18 throughout the UK, in our Castlebeck services, while those under 18 can be supported by Young Foundations, our sister company.
At Castlebeck we support men and women with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour as well as those on the autistic spectrum and people with acquired brain injuries or mental health problems. Comprehensive mental health services are available from our sister company MHC.
