We emphasise a team approach. Our brain injury case managers draw on a wide range of professional colleagues within CMS, both in providing rehabilitation and longer-term case management. We have regular multi-disciplinary reviews including neuropsychology and occupational therapy, and utilise standard clinical measures to guide progress.
Detailed description:
Established in 1988, our team includes case managers, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, nurses and rehab assistants. All staff/associates are suitably qualified and experienced. We have affilitations to relevant professional organisations (including BABICM and CMSUK).
We provide a range of clinical and medico-legal services, in relation to brain injury and also for stress-related and other psychological conditions. In medico-legal work, the team approach is also invaluable.
It enables report writers to canvass the opinions of colleagues on difficult points, and provides the research data on costs/practices in different geographical areas
